I'm going to be speaking at Eli Goldratt's Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOC ICO) conference in Miami at the end of this month. It's a real privilege to be invited as there are only 14 speakers over the 4 days of the event. My talk will cover a summary of my book and my recent work on Lean and the Theory of Variation / Six Sigma. There will be slides and a paper published in the conference proceedings.
