Abstract
Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) for CMMI Process Improvement is a highly iterative, adaptive planning, agile software development process which meets the requirements for the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) level 3 and provides a smooth transition all the way to level 5.
